Places on courses are limited and we therefore operate a cancellation policy regarding refunds and transfers. Once you have received confirmation of your place on the workshop you will be liable for the whole fee unless we receive written notification of cancellation more than three weeks before the event date.
Written notification of cancellation can be sent via email to firstname.lastname@example.org or by post to Excellencia Ltd, Banbury Road Business Centre, 166 Banbury Road, Oxford OX2 7BT. For bookings cancelled more than three weeks before the event, delegates will be able to change the date of their booking free-of-charge, or 100% of the fees that have been paid will be refunded. For bookings cancelled three weeks or less before the event, no refund will be made other than in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the course leader.
Please note that for bookings made three weeks or less before the event, the workshop fee will be non-refundable, other than in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the course leader. In the event of a cancellation made three weeks or less before an event, applicants will be able to book on a further course for a reduced fee of £60 + VAT. This fee is non-refundable should the delegate then choose to cancel this booking. No refund will be made for non-attendance on the course.
In the event of cancellation of a course by Excellencia, we will endeavour to inform all participants at least two weeks before the course is due to take place, although please be aware that this is not always possible. In such an event, all course fees paid will be reimbursed in full, but we are unable to reimburse any other costs that may be incurred, such as flights or accommodation.
In the event that dates have to be changed by Excellencia, delegates may request a full refund if the new dates are not convenient.
