Duncan is also a certified trainer/facilitator/coach of corporate continuous process improvement and customer experience programs.
Attendees on this interactive video course will be more effective in engaging with board level commercial teams over matters of marketing strategy - they will be able to more easily:
  • Understand the relationship between strategic marketing and company vision and mission;
  • Obtain clarity on strategy selection from both internal and external perspectives;
  • Provide constructive challenges to the commercial team;
  • Identify potential problems and corresponding solutions.
If you have ever wondered what strategic marketing is, and how it relates to the businesses with which you work; or if you have sat in board meetings wondering what on earth the marketing director was talking about, this course will be a great start in building your marketing knowledge and increasing your confidence in the subject.

Registration Fees

Course Fee: Select this option if you wish to pay by cheque or you require an invoice prior to payment.

Payment with Booking Fee: Select this option if you are able to pay by BACs or credit/debit card at the time of making the booking

NEDworks Tier1 Member Fee: Select this option if you are a NEDworks Tier1 Member (more information about NEDworks membership can be found at www.NEDworks.net/membership)

Please note, whichever option you select, the booking is not complete until payment has been received. Once payment has been received you will be sent your course joining instructions and a VAT invoice as confirmation.

Course Cancellation Policy

Places on courses are limited and we therefore operate a cancellation policy regarding refunds and transfers. Once you have received confirmation of your place on the course you will be liable for the whole fee unless we receive written notification of cancellation more than three weeks before the event date.

Written notification of cancellation can be sent via email to debbie.wright@excellencia.co.uk or by post to Excellencia Ltd, The Coach House, Clarbeston Road, Pembrokeshire SA63 4QL. For bookings cancelled more than three weeks before the event, delegates will be able to change the date of their booking free-of-charge, or 100% of the fees that have been paid will be refunded. For bookings cancelled three weeks or less before the event, no refund will be made other than in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the course leader.

Please note that for bookings made three weeks or less before the event, the course fee will be non-refundable, other than in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the course leader. In the event of a cancellation made three weeks or less before an event, applicants will be able to book on a further course for an additional fee. This fee is non-refundable should the delegate then choose to cancel this booking. No refund will be made for non-attendance on the course.

In the event of cancellation of a course by Excellencia, we will endeavour to inform all participants at least two weeks before the course is due to take place, although please be aware that this is not always possible. In such an event, all course fees paid will be reimbursed in full, but we are unable to reimburse any other costs that may be incurred, such as flights or accommodation.

In the event that dates have to be changed by Excellencia, delegates may request a full refund if the new dates are not convenient.
