BECOMING A NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR - FOR COACHES AND MENTORS - OXFORD

The Becoming a Non-Executive Director - for Coaches and Mentors course is designed for coaches, mentors and other professionals who possess these skillsets including organisational psychologists and business consultants. It is also of value to anyone who has substantial experience and expertise in harnessing individual as well as team effectiveness at board level, and who is experienced as an Executive Director or CEO.

Bringing these skillsets into the boardroom as being valuable in themselves, provides considerable scope for increasing the diversity, well-being and effectiveness of organisations in the current volatile, complex and uncertain economic climate. HR professionals and recruiters seeking to appoint NED’s from a wider selection pool will also find this course valuable in providing what they need to support their clients in making informed decisions.

Registration Fees

Course Fee: Select this option if you wish to pay by cheque or you require an invoice prior to payment.

Payment with Booking Fee: Select this option if you are able to pay by BACs or credit/debit card at the time of making the booking

NEDworks Tier1 Member Fee: Select this option if you are a NEDworks Tier1 Member (more information about NEDworks membership can be found at www.NEDworks.net/membership)

Please note, whichever option you select, the booking is not complete until payment has been received. Once payment has been received you will be sent your course joining instructions and a VAT invoice as confirmation.

Course Cancellation Policy

Places on courses are limited and we therefore operate a cancellation policy regarding refunds and transfers. Once you have received confirmation of your place on the course you will be liable for the whole fee unless we receive written notification of cancellation more than three weeks before the event date.

Written notification of cancellation can be sent via email to debbie.wright@excellencia.co.uk or by post to Excellencia Ltd, The Coach House, Clarbeston Road, Pembrokeshire SA63 4QL. For bookings cancelled more than three weeks before the event, delegates will be able to change the date of their booking free-of-charge, or 100% of the fees that have been paid will be refunded. For bookings cancelled three weeks or less before the event, no refund will be made other than in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the course leader.

Please note that for bookings made three weeks or less before the event, the course fee will be non-refundable, other than in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the course leader. In the event of a cancellation made three weeks or less before an event, applicants will be able to book on a further course for an additional fee. This fee is non-refundable should the delegate then choose to cancel this booking. No refund will be made for non-attendance on the course.

In the event of cancellation of a course by Excellencia, we will endeavour to inform all participants at least two weeks before the course is due to take place, although please be aware that this is not always possible. In such an event, all course fees paid will be reimbursed in full, but we are unable to reimburse any other costs that may be incurred, such as flights or accommodation.

In the event that dates have to be changed by Excellencia, delegates may request a full refund if the new dates are not convenient.
