Philip Arnold is the Senior Partner in Quantum Consulting Accountants and has been a Finance Director for several companies, including a Venture Capital backed start-up. He is also an investor in a number of SMEs.
He holds the Institute of Directors’ Chartered Director qualification and is an FCA with over 18 years of Board level experience as a Finance Director and Chief Executive Officer, including 7 years with a PLC.
He has an entrepreneurial background combined with a solid blue chip experience base, having spent 13 years with blue chip organisations. Philip has started companies, helped to raise £million plus Share Capital, and has also bought and sold businesses.

Neil Britten is a UK Institute of Directors, qualified Chartered Director, non-executive chairman and director with over a decade’s board level experience of strategy, risk governance and strategic performance monitoring.
Prior to roles as a professional director he was Vice President for a major international consulting firm focused on strategy and strategic change and an executive with a major oil and chemicals conglomerate. His experience spans work, in the UK, France, Australia and over 20 other countries, as an executive in and advisor to mostly large, multinational corporations in technology, oil & gas, consumer goods, manufacturing and financial services sectors. Tom Coyne has served as the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Risk officer and Director of public and private companies and not-for-profit organizations in the United States and Canada. He began his career at Chase Manhattan Bank in South America, and later joined the London office of a major global consulting firm, where he led its Corporate Growth Center of Excellence. For the past three years, Tom has been a member of the leading team in the United States Intelligence Advanced Research Projects Agency’s forecasting tournament. He has also written for a number of investment research publications on the subjects of risk management and asset allocation. Glen Maxwell-Heron BA
Glen Maxwell-Heron spent 13 years as an Engineer Officer in the Royal Navy, serving both at sea and in shore jobs learning how to motivate teams and lead people in challenging operational and project environments. Since leaving the Navy, he spent 10 years delivering multi-million pound IT and business change projects for the Government and banking sectors that involved extensive team building and management experience. He has recently returned from nearly 4 years in Japan where he was working as a business consultant delivering organisational change for ex-patriot companies and preparing Japanese executives working for blue chip Japanese companies for doing business with other countries and cultures.
Since returning to the UK last year, Glen has gained accreditation from the British Psychological Society to psychometrically test for both personality and ability. He has also set up St Andrews Consulting to use these new tools, along with his previous business experience, to deliver transformational improvement in leadership ability and team performance.
